From surrounding site's typology follows the desire to create a residential complex corresponding to the image of scattered buildings, low height with inclined roof and perpendicular to the Vilaine street creating a dialogue with the neighbouring houses.
5 pavilions (4 for the use of the rest home and one used as assisted living services) are connected by an internal street, which provides and regulates all functional flows.
