Huge operation revitalizing a neighbourhood located in the heart of the city of Ath following the closing down and demolition of the old Esplanade Clinic. The call for tender was for the construction of a rest and nursing room composed in several buildings and a semi-public park.
The project concerning the rest and nursing home has 3 phases:
- Phase 1: Construction of a new building of 85 beds, including a 15-bed unit for disoriented people, construction of an orangery and a park with aviary, enclosure for goats...
- Phase 2: Construction of a 37-beds extension including 6 short stay beds and a roof superstructure with large entertainment areas designed in a global framework for rehabilitation and relaxation with physical therapy, occupational therapy and snoezelen;
- Phase 3: 2nd extension of 6 apartments living facility, 30 bedrooms and a restaurant.
